Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake Brownie Trifle


Ingredients:
Fudgy Cocoa Brownies:

1 ½ cups unsalted butter, melted
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Oreo Cheesecake Filling:

1 cup whipping cream, cold (or 2 cups Cool Whip & omit powdered sugar)
⅔ cup powdered sugar
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
3 tablespoons whipping cream
24 Oreos, crumbled
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whipping Cream Layers:

2 cups whipping cream, cold (or 4 cups Cool Whip & omit powdered sugar)
1 cup powdered sugar
Oreo Layer:

12 Oreos, broken
Chocolate Ganache:

1 ½ cups chocolate chips (¾ cup milk chocolate and ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips)
⅓ to ½ cup whipping cream
Top of the Trifle:

1 cup whipping cream, cold (or 2 cups Cool Whip & omit powdered sugar)
½ cup powdered sugar
12 Oreo cookies
2-3 Oreo cookies, crumbled
Instructions:
Prepare the Brownies:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely, then cut into small squares.
Make the Oreo Cheesecake Filling:

In a large bowl, whip 1 cup of cold whipping cream until soft peaks form. (Skip this step if using Cool Whip.)
Beat in powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add 3 tablespoons of whipping cream and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
Gently fold in the whipped cream (or Cool Whip) and crumbled Oreos until well mixed.
Prepare the Whipping Cream Layers:

In a large bowl, whip 2 cups of cold whipping cream until soft peaks form. (Skip this step if using Cool Whip.)
Beat in powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Make the Chocolate Ganache:

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and whipping cream in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Assemble the Trifle:

In a large trifle dish, layer the ingredients starting with half of the brownie squares at the bottom.
Next, add half of the Oreo cheesecake filling, followed by half of the whipped cream layer.
Sprinkle 12 broken Oreos over the whipped cream.
Drizzle half of the chocolate ganache over the Oreo layer.
Repeat the layers with the remaining brownies, cheesecake filling, whipped cream, broken Oreos, and chocolate ganache.
Top It Off:

Whip 1 cup of cold whipping cream (or use Cool Whip) with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread over the top of the trifle.
Garnish with whole Oreo cookies and sprinkle with crumbled Oreos.
