Ingredients:

1 package of tagliatelle pasta (500g)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 onion, chopped
200g ground beef
1 can of store-bought tomato sauce (340g)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro and parsley to taste
Instructions:

Cooking the Pasta: Cook the tagliatelle in salted water for about 10 minutes or until “al dente.”
Sautéing the Aromatics: In another pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until golden.
Cooking the Meat: Add the ground beef to the pan and cook for 10 minutes, ensuring it is well browned and flavorful.
Adding the Sauce: Add the tomato sauce to the meat, season with salt and black pepper, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
Assembling the Dish: Turn off the heat, drain the pasta, and transfer it to a serving dish.
Finishing Touches: Pour the Bolognese sauce over the tagliatelle, ensuring a generous coating. Finish with a special touch of fresh cilantro and parsley.
