Mango Jelly Pudding Cake
Ingredients:
4 ripe mangoes
1 sachet of mango flavor gulaman
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 cans of 370 ml evaporated milk
1 pack of 250ml all purpose cream
1 can of 390g mango condensed milk
Procedure:
Mash the 2 ripe mangoes using a fork. Then cut the 2 ripe mangoes into small cubes.
Prepare the mould, arrange the small cubes of mangoes in the mould(you may use any mould that you want). Set aside.
In a pan, pour 1 sachet of mango flavor gulaman, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 2 cans of evaporated milk, 1 pack of all purpose cream, 1 can of mango condensed milk and the mashed mangoes. Mix until well combined.
Cook it over medium to low heat, keep stirring the mixture until it starts to boil. Turn off the flame once it starts to boil. Remove from heat.
Pour the mixture in the prepared mould.
Let it cool for 10 minutes and chill for 2 hours. Then unmold.
