Ingredients :

4 chicken fillets
200g mushrooms from Paris
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
200 ml thick fresh cream
2 minced garlic cloves 2

Instructions:

Preparing the Chicken:

Season the chicken fillets: Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
Cooking Chicken: Heat a little olive oil in a medium-high skillet. Brown the chicken fillets on both sides until well cooked (about 5-7 minutes per side). Remove the fillets from the pan and reserve them on a plate.
Preparation of the Sauce:
3. Cooking Mushrooms and Garlic: In the same pan, add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Leave them until golden and tender, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Adding Mustard: Place the 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard into the pan. Stir well to coat mustard mushrooms.
5. Adding the cream: Pour the 200 ml of thick fresh cream into the pan. Mix well all the ingredients to get a homogeneous sauce.

Finishing the Dish:
6. Return of the Chicken in the Pan: Put the chicken fillets back in the pan. Let simmer for a few minutes to warm chicken and thicken sauce, about 3-5 minutes.
