Creamy Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients:
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 large can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 16oz block of Velveeta, cubed
- 1 can of mild Rotel (undrained)
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- 1 package of spaghetti noodles
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Shred the rotisserie chicken.
- Cube the Velveeta cheese.
- Chop the green onions.
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic, cream cheese, cubed Velveeta, Rotel, chicken broth, butter, and chopped green onions.
- Cook:
- Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure the cheese melts evenly and the ingredients are well mixed.
- Cook the Noodles:
- While the crockpot mixture is cooking, prepare the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles once cooked.
- Combine Noodles and Sauce:
