Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Crockpot:
- Lightly grease the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray or a little oil.
Layer the Ingredients:
- Place the halved or quartered baby potatoes in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Arrange the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Prepare the Sauce:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
