Ingredients

  • 12 mozzarella cheese sticks

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions :

Step 1: Prepare the Cheese Sticks

Step 3: Freeze the Cheese Sticks

  1. Freeze: Place the coated cheese sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid.

Step 4: Fry the Cheese Sticks

  1. Heat Oil: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Fry: Fry the cheese sticks in batches for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Do not overcrowd the fryer.
