Crispy Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
– 4 cups cold water
– 1 tbsp salt
– 2 tbsp sugar
– Chicken wings (as many as desired, usually about 2-3 lbs)
– Vegetable oil, for frying
– Optional: your favorite dipping sauces

Instructions:

1. **Brine Preparation**: In a large bowl, mix cold water, salt, and sugar until dissolved. Add chicken wings to the brine, making sure they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best results.

2. **Frying the Wings**: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Remove the chicken wings from the brine and pat them dry with paper towels.

3. **Frying Process**: Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

4. **Draining and Serving**: Remove the fried wings from the oil and place them on a wire rack or paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

5. **Enjoy!**: These crispy fried chicken wings are best enjoyed immediately while hot and crunchy. They make a fantastic appetizer or main dish for any occasion!
