- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Wood chips or chunks for smoking (e.g., hickory, applewood, or mesquite)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Wings:
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season the Wings:
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper if using.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken wings.
- Preheat the Smoker:
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Add wood chips or chunks according to your smoker’s instructions for smoke flavor.
