Tri-Color Rotini Pasta Salad with Shrimp and Crab

Ingredients:

  • 3 boxes tri-color rotini pasta
  • 3 small cucumbers, diced
  • 2 bags of large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 packs of crab meat, flaked
  • 1 bunch of green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 pack cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bottle Olive Garden Italian dressing
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Salad Supreme seasoning
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Complete seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tri-color rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Shrimp:
    • In a large skillet, melt the stick of butter over medium heat.
    • Season the shrimp with Old Bay and Complete seasoning.
    • Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Assemble the Salad:
    • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced cucumbers, flaked crab meat, sliced green onions, and halved cherry tomatoes.
    • Add the cooked shrimp to the bowl.
  4. Dress and Season:
    • Pour the Olive Garden Italian dressing over the salad ingredients. Start with half the bottle and mix well. Add more dressing to taste, if desired.
    • Sprinkle Salad Supreme seasoning over the salad and mix well.
  5. Chill and Serve:
    • Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
    • Serve chilled, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
