**Ingredients:**
– 1 pound medium shrimp, raw or cooked
– Kosher salt (for boiling shrimp)
– 1 cup chopped red onion
– 1 cup peeled, diced cucumber
– ½ cup chopped celery
– 1 jalapeno, minced
**Instructions:**
