– 500G APPLES DICED
– 1 TBSP BUTTER
– CINNAMON TO TASTE
– 1 TBSP CORNSTARCH

– 20G BUTTER
– 2 TBSP SUGAR
– CINNAMON TO TASTE

INSTRUCTIONS

**STEP 1 PREPARE THE DOUGH**
IN A MIXING BOWL COMBINE THE COTTAGE CHEESE EGG SALT SUGAR VEGETABLE OIL AND VANILLA SUGAR STIR UNTIL SMOOTH GRADUALLY ADD THE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER MIX UNTIL A SOFT DOUGH FORMS

**STEP 2 PREPARE THE FILLING**
IN A PAN MELT 1 TBSP OF BUTTER ADD THE DICED APPLES CINNAMON AND CORNSTARCH COOK THE MIXTURE ON LOW HEAT UNTIL THE APPLES SOFTEN AND THE FLAVORS BLEND TOGETHER ABOUT 5 MINUTES
