Garlic Butter Lobster & Scallops 🦞🧄🧈
Ingredients
2 lobster tails
1 lb sea scallops
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
Pat the lobster tails and scallops dry, then season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the scallops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Add the lobster tails and cook for 4–6 minutes, turning once, until fully cooked.
Reduce the heat, add the remaining butter and garlic, and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice and parsley.
Return the scallops to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the seafood.
Serve immediately with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
