Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
8 oz pasta of your choice
2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
Slice cooked chicken into strips and add back into the skillet. Stir to coat chicken with the creamy sauce.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
