Chicken salad

4 cups cooked, cooled and pulled apart chicken

A solid handful of pecans, rough chopped

A palm full bacon pieces (not bits)

1/2 teaspoon ( more or less, to taste) black pepper

2 shakes salt

1 cup washed, cut in half seedless black grapes

1/2 cup (or more) Dukes mayo

Gently mix well so as not to crush the grapes, then chill several hours or overnight.
