Chicken Tzatziki Wraps

Ingredients:

Main Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 whole-wheat wraps
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
A handful of fresh mint leaves
100g feta cheese, crumbled

For the Tzatziki:

200g Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Prepare the Chicken:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Make the Tzatziki:

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Warm the Wraps:

Warm the whole-wheat wraps according to package instructions.
Assemble the Wraps:

Layer sliced chicken, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, fresh mint leaves, and crumbled feta cheese on each wrap.
Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
Serve:

Roll up the wraps tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
