Quick and cheap breakfast snack
We LOVE Dunkin Donuts bagel minis but for the price and size, I’d rather make my own!
Next batch I’m going to add some chopped cooked hot honey bacon and I wanna try strawberry cream cheese to!
• Cupcake pan
• Bag of Rhodes Yeast dinner rolls
• Cream cheese
• 1 egg- for the egg wash
• Everything but the bagel seasoning- optional.
-Let your rolls rise
-Once they have risen, one by one make a dent in the middle and add a table spoon or so of cream cheese, I used my toddlers spoon and it worked perfect.
– Once you add cream cheese, you need to pull the edges over the cream and do a squeeze, twist motion so the cream cheese doesn’t come out. Put the side down that you did a squeeze, twist on into the cupcake pan.
– Bake at 350 for 16 mins
