Pear, Banana, Oat, and Honey Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe juicy pear, cored
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 30g porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 110g low-fat natural yogurt
  • 250ml apple juice
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Core the pear and peel the banana.
    • Measure out the porridge oats, honey, yogurt, and apple juice.
  2. Blend:
    • Place all the ingredients (pear, banana, oats, honey, yogurt, apple juice, and ice cubes) in a smoothie maker or food processor.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve:
    • Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
    • Serve chilled and enjoy immediately for a refreshing breakfast treat.
