Pear, Banana, Oat, and Honey Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe juicy pear, cored
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 30g porridge oats
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 110g low-fat natural yogurt
- 250ml apple juice
- Handful of ice cubes
Method:
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Core the pear and peel the banana.
- Measure out the porridge oats, honey, yogurt, and apple juice.
- Blend:
- Place all the ingredients (pear, banana, oats, honey, yogurt, apple juice, and ice cubes) in a smoothie maker or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
- Serve chilled and enjoy immediately for a refreshing breakfast treat.
