Family Favorite Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Place the chicken breasts or thighs in the slow cooker. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Stir until well blended.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
