Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Place the chicken breasts or thighs in the slow cooker. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Stir until well blended.
    • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
