Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 box small pasta shells
  • 1 block Velveeta cheese
  • Handful of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 packs taco seasoning
  • 1 can original Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
  2. Cook the Pasta:
    • In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the small pasta shells and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Make the Cheese Sauce:
    • In the same skillet you used for the ground beef, add the block of Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes.
