Ingredients:

  • 300g all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 60g sugar
  • 200ml milk
  • 125g plain yogurt (1 pot)
  • 60ml oil
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet baking powder (11g)

Directions:

  1. Mix Eggs and Sugar: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  2. Add Vanilla Sugar: Stir in the vanilla sugar.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: Add the oil, yogurt, and milk to the bowl.
  4. Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually mix in the flour and baking powder. Stir until you have a smooth, homogeneous batter.
  5. Rest the Batter: Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes.
  6. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
