Shrimp Marinated in Soy Sauce with Egg Whites
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 green onion, sliced
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg whites, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
- Garnish with sliced green onion before serving.
