Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg whites, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Garnish with sliced green onion before serving.
