Ingredients:
- 3 boxes tri-color rotini pasta
- 3 small cucumbers, diced
- 2 bags of large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 packs of crab meat, flaked
- 1 bunch of green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 pack cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bottle Olive Garden Italian dressing
- 1 stick of butter
- Salad Supreme seasoning
- Old Bay seasoning
- Complete seasoning
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tri-color rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
- Prepare the Shrimp:
- In a large skillet, melt the stick of butter over medium heat.
- Season the shrimp with Old Bay and Complete seasoning.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Assemble the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced cucumbers, flaked crab meat, sliced green onions, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Add the cooked shrimp to the bowl.
- Dress and Season:
- Pour the Olive Garden Italian dressing over the salad ingredients. Start with half the bottle and mix well. Add more dressing to taste, if desired.
- Sprinkle Salad Supreme seasoning over the salad and mix well.
- Chill and Serve:
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
