Slow Cooker Meatballs and Mushrooms

Slow Cooker Meatballs and Mushrooms

### Ingredients:

– 2 bags of frozen meatballs

– 16 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced

– 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup

– 3 brown gravy packets

– Beef broth (add as needed)

– Non-stick spray

### Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Slow Cooker**: Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.

2. **Add Meatballs and Mushrooms**: Place the frozen meatballs and sliced mushrooms into the slow cooker.

3. **Mix the Gravy**:

– In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy packets, and a bit of beef broth. Stir until well mixed.

– Add this mixture to the slow cooker, pouring it over the meatballs and mushrooms.

4. **Cook**:

– Set your slow cooker to low and cook for 6 hours.

– Throughout the cooking process, check the consistency of the gravy. Add more beef broth as needed to keep the mixture smooth and ensure there’s enough gravy.

5. **Serve**:

– Once cooked, serve the meatballs and mushroom gravy over your choice of egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.

Enjoy your delicious, comforting meal!
