– 1 cup chopped pecans

– 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

### Instructions:

 

1. **Prepare the Crust:**

– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

– In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of brown sugar.

– Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

– Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

– Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
