No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake
A rich, creamy chocolate dessert with a soft biscuit base and a silky chocolate topping. Perfect for chocolate lovers and incredibly easy to make!
Ingredients
For the Base:
300 g ladyfingers (Savoiardi biscuits)
For the Chocolate Filling:
500 ml milk
2 packages chocolate pudding mix (about 160 g total)
3 tbsp sugar
200 g milk chocolate, chopped
200 ml heavy cream
For Decoration:
100 g chocolate, grated or shaved
Instructions
Arrange the ladyfingers evenly in the bottom of a square baking pan.
In a saucepan, whisk together the milk, chocolate pudding mix, and sugar.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until completely melted.
Let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the chocolate mixture.
Pour the chocolate filling over the ladyfingers and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
Slice and serve chilled.
