No-Bake Biscuit Cream Cake

Ingredients

2 packs tea biscuits (about 400 g / 14 oz)

500 ml (2 cups) heavy whipping cream, cold

200 g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional

1/2 cup milk (for lightly dipping the biscuits)

Instructions

Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Arrange a layer of biscuits in a rectangular pan.

Spread the cream mixture evenly over the biscuits.

Cover with another layer of biscuits.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

Slice and serve chilled.
